I love Calvin and Hobbes and I really like this book as the reclusive Bill Watterson reveals his feelings on each strip and gives us insight into his work.
What's not to like?? There is a Calvin and Hobbes inside of everyone:). Bill Watterson wrote a wonderful several page introduction of this edition and all his work. Fascinating to read about the trials and tribulations of coming up with ideas, drawing and writing and making the storyline work with the space in various newspapers. We miss him and his daily insight into the brain and imagination of a small boy. A very special read and a keeper!!
