As one who does calligraphy I think this is a great introductory book for kids. It is colorful and written in a format that will hold a child's attention. Show more than 15 popular calligraphy styles with step by step pictures. Filled with lots of creative and great ideas on how to use calligraphy on greeting cards, embossing, stationary and more.
I really liked this book. It would be good for an adult just beginning also. Gives a good over all picture of the craft. Easy to read.
I found with my own children that practicing calligraphy drastically improved their regular handwriting!
