Johnny Miler has always had a knack for making difficult things look easy . . . He's quick, honest, insightful, and very self-assured, yet rarely offends. He supplements those qualities with a deep understading of the game and the way top players think and behave under pressure. --JACK NICKLAUS, from the Foreword

Johnny Miller comes across quite pompous, but still likable. He writes as though his opinions are the gospel; however, it is worth reading when the weather doesn't allow one to be out on the links.

I really like Johnny Miller and golf. Great read from a really smart guy.

Johnny is somewhat hard to take, but if I shot a 63 in the final round of the US Open, I would probably mention it every once in a while too. I don't know if I would have enjoyed this book as much when it was written in 2004, but to read it in 2015, some of the predictions and thoughts about the future of golf were amazing. His thoughts on the future of a young Tiger Woods reads like the script his life was going to follow. Worth the read for a true golf or Johnny fan.
