Read this if you don't think there really are ghosts out there. This will give you the proverbial goosebumps. And if you are bald it may make ghostly hairs stand on end!

when i first started reading this book i thought it was kind of boring then i started reading more and more and it got better and better, its not alot about ghost but about her family and things that happened. its not scary at all but it is def. heart breaking. just some parts are hard to believe cuz the ghost children dont make it known to the other children and she only supposably see's them twice the entire six or seven years she lives there ( i cant remember how long it said she lived there with the ghost kids) but its just hard to beleve that there really is ghost cuz the dog dont even sense the ghost kids and usually animals are prone to that kind of thing. i dont know? but it is a good book i just don't know if it really is a true story. and when i read ghost books i want them to be real true story on accounts of people's personal daily lives. i dont want to read anything fake and i dont like a bunch of short ghost stories crammed into one book. but thats my opinion

Ok story. Not the best "ghost" story I have read. I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

I have read a lot of ghost books and I could not get through this one. It was really boring in my opinion. I have read all the reviews that are previously posted and everyone seems to have liked the book, but I guess I missed something because it just wasn't as good as I thought it would have been.

Easy read. Not scary. I guess it depends if you believe in ghosts or after death spirits how you'll feel about this book. It was worth my time but not a favorite.

I really enjoyed this book. Was so very interesting..hard to put it down. Was also sad for both the deceased and the family that lived there at the end..almost made me cry. Definately would recommend this book to everyone!

Very good book. It is not just about ghost. It also has a little about dealing with aging parents, making life changing decisions and raising children.
