This is a a wonderful resource for anyone who wants to sort out fact and falsehoods of western historical novels. He examines books that were written about Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, Calamity Jane, Jesse James, and many other famous (and infamous) characters, and points out the falsehoods that are compounded by the authors, as well as the correct facts.
