I have been lucky to have found and read some great books lately on PBS! This one was no exception!
I read this memoir in about a day and a half. I found it interesting and liked the detailed descriptions the author gave of people, places and things.
If you are a fellow memoir fan- especially if you like memoirs full of dysfunctional family tales, etc.- you will likely enjoy this book!

Very good memoir, makes me want to read all his other books.
