This is one of the best books on women and practicing the ways of Native Americans that I have ever read. It touches on over-all well being and spirituality. I couldn't put it down once I began reading it. She offers meditations and exercises to do on your own, or with a group, which is one of the things I found most valuable in this book. A true keepsake of written word!
