A friend of mine was getting married when I purchased one of these for her, one for my and one for our other friend... the "other friend" never got the book... I love this book and I am actually keeping mine... The one I'm swaping was for the "other girl" lol...
The book is broken into two plans one is a 12 week crash program, the other is the regular 24 week program.
The exercise equipment needed includes hand weights and an exercise ball (which you can get for $15-$30 at Wal*Mart)... A weight bench is recommended, but I never used one...
The steps are simple, requires minimal space, & are effective.
I would recommend this book to anyone (including non-brides) and am hanging on to my personal copy!
Read this book only if your serious about getting into shape. Doesn't do much good sitting on the shelf. It's laid out in an easy to understand format with tips and suggestions along the way. Will definitely get in shape but I recommend starting the program 6 months or so before your wedding to get the most out of this book.
