A good book that attempts to give the Aztec side of the Cortez invasion and conquest of Mexico. It is a compilation of the extant codices and other writings of the Aztec writers and relations to Salghuin's Florentine Codex as well as others. Very interesting. Where usually history is written by the winners this one relates the story by the looser.
