Cool, simple book set in Africa with a "House That Jack Built" kind of pattern to it.

Great insight and interest into the wildlife, humans, birds, vegetation, and activity of the Kapiti Plain in Africa. It revolves around the rain and drought cycles that rule the life there. Great book

This tale of a sharpshooting lad causing the rain for a drought stricken country was discovered in Kenya, Africa, more than seventy years ago by the famous anthropologist Sir Claud Hollis. The narrative is intriguing and interest catching for many ages. The artwork is unique and beautiful.
