The beginning of this book where the mother lived in the Barbizon with Grace Kelly was interesting, interesting up to around the wedding and the very young childhood of the author. After that, I just couldn't understand the point of the book. I got the feeling it was written for the notoriety and maybe the money. I didn't care for the author, a large part of the story obviously, and kept reading mostly to see how it ended. Ok. I skimmed to the end.
