I enjoyed this book. I love a good tortured hero. Makes me want to check out her other titles.

Lady Isabel has all the qualities to make her an excellent choice for a bride. But just as she is read to choose a groom her father's castle is invaded by wild Scottish brigands. Then she finds she's been carried away to be given as a slave to a Scottish chieftain. But the battle-scarred Anvari is attracted to her fierce spirit of survival and becomes her champion. Fast paced, adventure, with and sensual.

I'm not sure if this is the first or second in a set, but THE PERFECT SEDUCTION is Isabel's sister's story. They can be read separate of each other, which is nice since I don't know which comes first. I recommend both books. Both are wonderful. One thing I wasn't too fond of in this book was that there was no epilogue. I was hoping that the two books would be better tied and that we knew more of the H/H. It seemed to end rather abruptly for me. Besides that, I truly recommend this. The heroine was tough and new that there was no point in whining and complaining, so was brave and did what needed to be done. Great characters.
