It took me a little while to get into this book. I thought is was a little slow in the beginning but it finally took off. When it did, I ended up having an enjoyable roller coaster ride (albeit a little slower coaster ride than the first). In this book Chase and Ember hook up with the Resistance. While there, they find out there is a sniper who is targeting soldiers. The government says that Ember is the one doing the killing. The heat is on for the soldiers to find the resistance and end the killing spree. The Resistance thinks they are safe... but could there possibly be a traitor in the bunch? Great follow up to the first book. Can't wait for the next one to come out!
