Very good book with do-able recipes. Many are artisan type recipes or specialty breads. There is a primer on using the bread machine, primer on ingredients and a trouble shooting guide to problems.

Includes recipes for basic white bread, sticky buns, raised doughnuts, multi-grain bread, rye bread, graham bread, onion dill bread and other savory breads, egg bread, foccacio, sweet breads from various places, bolillios (Mexican style rolls), pita, and many more.

I used it quite often before I was diagnosed as gluten-intolerant, but no longer feel it to be useful as I can't eat any of the lovely breads without major changes to them. Hope someone else finds it useful.
