Lindsey in Wyoming Territory builds a good story of love betrayed and restored, in the younger generation, if not the older.
Spirited characters and intense rivalry of the heart.
A beautiful tom boy who inherits a ranch.. her stubbornness and innocence make her more than desirable to Chase.. a hot man who was brought to her ranch by her "disowned" mother.
This book has great characters you can really dig into. Very fun.

Jessie Blair could hold her own against any man in the territory and she was running the ranch by herself after land grabbers murdered her father. After she overheard Chase Summers refuse to marry her she swore to make him suffer any way she could.
Ninety percent of this novel is comprised of arguments, insults and physical attacks. I cannot imagine how this book got such high ratings; it is a mess. Now that I've read all three in this series (see below), I think ANGEL is the only one worth reading.

Before it is all over, Chase goes to search for his father in Spain. This seems to be a hodge-podge of novel ideas the author threw together to make up 300+ pages. Just awful.
