I cannot say that this book is gripping. I cannot say that Poastron's writing style is breezy . The info in the pages is worth wresting out,be warned,it is no stroll. In a nutshell, interesting: off and on, dry: mostly, researched:to the uttermost. After reading 'Books On Fire' I do believe I have more knowledge about libraries that are no more than a person really has need for to have an interesting conversation over cocktails.
