This is the first book I read in this series and I enjoyed it. A good mystery and interesting characters and details of old books. Brooklyn Wainwright takes a temporary job as a book appraiser on an antiques road show type of TV show and gets embroiled in murder when the owner of a rare book spotlighted on the show is killed. Lots of quick moving action and funny and nasty characters as Brooklyn and her lover Derek, a security specialist, track down the killer. I will be reading the earlier books in this series.
