Another nice book that I will put back on the 'free' book truck at the branch library as there are no 'wishes' for it. There are a few sources listed, a good index, and some suggestions for further reading. I found the ads that the author included to be especially noteworthy, for instance the Harley scooter that shows a respectable couple engaged in conversation. Cushman made scooters too--all my life I have known them for the electric vehicles we use in hospitals and campus to deliver supplies and skilled trades with toolboxes. The issue of helmets is covered.
Everything from Happy Days to Evel Knievel is included, although briefly.
