Fast read. Hockey star meets Hockey Team owners daughter. Predictable story
This book has excellent flow, very entertaining, very steamy - a home run in my book
Surprisingly good.
I really liked this book. I had no idea how hot this series of books is and will be reading more of this series.
The two characters are Hayden Houston and Brody Croft. Hayden picks Brody up from a bar for a one night stand. She only wants on night and he wants it all. Wow, that seems like such a good back of the book teaser.
The characters were reastic. I really love a story were the roles are reversed and it's the male who want the relationship and the woman who doesn't. Brody works very hard to get Hayden to open up and agree to them dating. The supporting characters were great also. Hayden's best friend, Darcy, almost steals the book, but the author does a great job of controling her. I also liked the way in which the evil stepmonster is turns out to be a regular woman who even gets attends the wedding of Hayden and Brody.
Being a hockey fan, I would have to say that here was any of the sport at all. It could have been any sport. Very generic.
There were also some errors in the book. On page 58, Brody is wearing gray wool pants. On page 66 he's wearing jeans. And then on page 168 Brody is in a suit from the game, but in the gazebo, he's wearing jeans again. And then on page 169, he's back in the suit.
The sex scenes are very hot. I would give them 5 chili peppers.
I would recommend this book to any romance readers how like a good story and great hot sex. If not a sports fan, don't let that stop you.
