The case is the death of a child and Sloane wins a malpractice suit against the doctor. Then a fly gets in the ointment - a man approaches him giving him information to make a case for the manufacturer of the toy causing the death to be the culprit. Bad materials to cut cost causing toy to break and release tiny but strong magnets. Two children of families testing the toy have died. Dugoni gets his win put aside and reopens the case - which leads to the bad for him. The case he wins, but his life is in shambles.
