Interesting take on Bob's life and the wide swath he made in the world of celebrities. This is a fairly even-handed look at his good bad points. If you like knowing the secrets of Hollywood, you'll enjoy this book.

I found this book very interesting. It seems like a bit of a smear job, but the author claims he is writing a tribute.

I love old movies and old movie stars, so I love to read about old Hollywood and this book fits the bill.

The detailed biography of an English immigrant named Leslie Downs Hope and how he became the great Bob Hope, the funniest man in Hollywood. He was a comedian who won our hearts....and those of thousands of American troops.
