This was my first book by this author, but it won't be the last. What a wonderful story. I loved the way Daisy's diary added to the story. All the characters were great, even those I didn't particularly like. And the stories behind the wedding gowns were touching. Just a wonderful, heart-warming story.

Just an okay story. I really wanted to feel for Daisy, but I couldn't connect with her. I really enjoyed Father Laurent, though. The stories about the wedding gowns she sells were neat.

My first of Susan Meissner that I have read, and it won't be my last. I am unemployed right now and have never been married-yet I can relate to what she has been going through and questioning God. Some very powerful verses are in there and made me go look through my bible while I was reading it. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed this book! It was a sweet story!
This book was a pleasant surprise. It was a sweet, smooth read. Predictable, but still very enjoyable. Also, the Christian aspect of the book is not forced down your throat, but just feels natural. After finishing the book, I am now waiting for some of this author's other books.
