A good mystery-keeps you guessing til the end-after all-what fun is to know the ending before the juicy reveal?! Gravestone-bk 1 in the Deputy Marty Hopkins series is also really good. P.M. Carlson(Barbara Carlson) has earlier mystery novels that I have thoroughly enjoyed as well, the Maggie Ryan series.

Up to Carlson's usual high standards; some touchy issues addressed in this book.
