Okay, so it's not literature, but it lasts a bit longer than an issue of Teen People magazine.

Anna's an intern on the new hit TV show Hermosa Beach. Now everyone wants to be her NBF, from the editor of the school newspaper hoping for a pipeline to juicy gossip, down to that random kid in Anna's homeroom who acts in dog food commercials (but really wants to direct!). The only problem is that Anna's boss is Cammie Sheppard's uberagent dad, and conniving Cammie doesnt share her father's attention with anyone. Least of all, Golden Girl Anna. So Cammie plots a scheme so twisted and devious, it will put any of the Hermosa BEach story lines to shame.

I like this series, but the main character seems a bit whiny to me, she rich, popular, and she complains about how many guys like her, and how she doesn't know which guy to choose, over all an ok series.
love this series. i kept picking up the first one many times and finally grabbed it at the library and i've been hooked ever since!
great series. this was a good book with a good story line. cant wait to readd the next book. Zoey Dean did a great job
