Great plot line and an ending that blindsides you. Definately recommend this one if you are into murder mysteries. For me it was on a whole other level than most of them out there, and very intense.

This, I think, is my favorite Alan Gregory so far, because Sam has his own parallel story, and they come together with good twists.
Helpful Score: 3
A gripping story that will captivate and thrill you! Striking characters that deal with murder, sexual tension, and guilt. Add a little humor and a surprise ending, you can't go wrong. Stephan White has done it again with another edge of your seat thriller! Loved it, this book rocks!!!!

This one kept me on the edge of my chair. I couldn't put it down.

Very gripping tale; first book I've read by this author and I will be reading more. The main character is a psychologist named Alan Gregory; one of his patients tells him that her husband has murdered a woman. I could not put this book down; I read it in 3 evenings. Will definitely keep you interested.

Author White seems to think the Army/Navy game is played at West Point. Wrong, it's Philadelphia. Other than that he got a lot right with this book. He gets better each time. Alan's still the Caspar Milktoast of the psych set, and Sam is still the hard nosed Detective; but there is much more insight into their lives. The book is also a departure in that Alan and Sam get to speak for themselves. Interesting twist at the end but you'll probably see it coming. Read on.
A bit slow moving and long.
The always entertaining Alan Gregory is at his best in this fast, suspenseful read. One of Stephen White's best!
Dr. Gregory never fails to entertain and thrill ! Leaves you guessing till the last chapter. Love it !
surprise ending - very engaging story!
Alan and Sam are a good psychologist/cop pairing. They're quite belivable and easy to like
Enjoyed this - my first read by Stephen White, and was entertained.
Stephen White is one of the best Authors for Murder Mysteries. Alan Gregory is the facinating hero of this piece. Each of his books is exciting and interesting.
I love this whole series!
Psychologist Alan Gregory is busy juggling his responsibilities as a father, husband, and doctor, when a beautiful woman walks into his office with an astounding admission: Gibbs Storey thinks her husband may have murdered a woman. Then Gibbs stuns Alan again with another revelation: She thinks there are other victims...and that her husband is not finished killing yet.
Now Alan must walk a perilous ethical line by revealing just enough to interest his detective friend, Sam Purdy. Alarmed for Gibbs's safety, Alan and Sam begin attacking the case from two sides...As Alan continues his sessions with Gibbs, struggling to untangle her tales of a dark, twisted marriage, Sam races down south, certain he is hunting a serial killer on a final rampage. But even Sam cannot know the secrets Gibbs Storey is still revealing to Alan Gregory in his Boulder office, secrets Alan is keeping to himself-or that somehow, somebody else has already heard them all...
Another great can' put it down read from Stephan White.

Engrossing.. murder, sex and guilt. An absorbing mystery featuring psychologist Alan Gregory by best selling author, Stephen White. A good book.
This book was a little slow to start but when you get into it it is really good. It is a enjoyable read!
One of psychologist Alan Gregory's former couples-therapy patients return to see him solo, when she suspects that her unfaithful husband may be a serial killer. Patient Gibbs Storey blurs the ethical boundaries between patient and therapist when she seeks protection and legal aide from Alan and his detective friend Sam Purdy.
I did not enjoy this story as much as the previous in the series, mostly because I did not find the character of Gibbs sympathetic or interesting in any way. The story is told in chapters narrated by Alan or Sam and some developments do occur in their personal lives, but ultimately Blinded is just not as suspenseful as the other Alan Gregory novels. Loyal fans of the series will read it, but those new to Stephen White's books should start elsewhere.

It is a psychological thriller that takes place in Colorado. Suspenseful, with lots of twists and turns, it is also an easy read, you can easily slip through chapter after chapter.
Hard to put down!! Lots of twists, right up to the very end.
I could hardly put this book down to do what I needed to get done! A great read for a weekend! Enjoy!!
Very suspenseful. Riveting from the beginning, twisting to a great finale!
Once again Dr. Alan Gregory's skills as a professional have carried him through revelation after revelation. Now a bizarre twist makes for very interesting reading!
Alan Gregory and Sam Purdy team up in this murder mystery where a wife accuses her husband of being a serial killer.
I LUV Dr. Alan Gregory. Tho happily married, a beautiful lady can always turn his head. And this time, not only Alan is panting like a little school boy, but his buddy, Detective Sam Purdy has been smitten and they both get drawn into a web of deceit. Great book!
Psychologist hears confession from beautiful woman patient that her
husband may have comitted multiple murders

Kept me guessing all the way to the end.
Who did it? This mystery will keep you guessing all the way through. High marks for originality.
Great mystery!! A murder has been committed and revealed to a psychologist by the wife of the murderer. He in turn reveals just enough to a detective buddy and they find as they investigate that this is actually a serial murderer. Excellent read and very surprising ending!!
Dr Gregory's new patient tells him her husband is a serial killer and she wants him to tell the police but she will not let him tell the whole story. Very good story
Grabs you from the beginning... A woman believes her husband may be a serial killer. She finally comes out with this information to her psychologist..... you take it from here!
"Masterful. Blinded stands as White's best work...He just gets better and better."
One of my favorite authors! He never disappoints. Psychological thriller pits Dr. Gregory against a serial killer .... is it one of his patients?
A gripping past paced thriller.
Stephen White is one of my favorite authors, he grabs you and never lets go.
