This book didn't hold my attention like her first book did. I was thoroughly disappointed by the simple storyline and lack of romance. I think what bothered me is the idea that a dress can have some powerful impact just because of its historical value.
A definate 4 out of 5 stars. No book is perfect, but this one is a perfectly great book. Sherrill Bodine writes great stories.
