Tactically, the book was excellent, but I found the consistent jumping around between past and present hard to maintain interest. The focus on every little aspect of each individual team members life was too boring. I know that it was building blocks as supporting material for the story climax, but I found myself skimming those sections. The climax was deflating as well. I expected a more intense climax and epilogue, but found that it was almost totally disinteresting.
