Did not like at all, Author needs to do a little more research on Native Americans before trying to write something on them again. Wonder where she got this storyline. Horrible. Wasted my money on this purchase. Glad its no longer in my library
Was a very good book. Learned a little bit too...she really did her research for this one. Highly recommend this one. : )
This was a good story with a captured white girl being put in between both cultures. Of course prior to her falling in love with a Indian war chief, she is happy with her life within the village. Of course then things happen that put her in situations that are only because she was a captured child raised in the Indian ways. Most of the story is set in Canada with some historical refrences to Sitting Bull. It tells the struggles she endures to get back to her beloved Native people & a life with the Indian war chief she loves more than anything.
I liked this book it is a good read but it seems to go by too quickly.
Great book, kept you wanting more.
I was a little disappointed with this book compared to Cassie Edwards.
