Martin Gallagher had never been close tohis sister...then one day, she reveals her secret life as a leader of the Mexican underground...now she desperately needs his help. She wants him to smuggle a briefcase containing documents that would shake up some world powers...
Gallagher is a stranger to intrigue, his job as a newspaperman has not led him down those alleys..the closest he's come to intrigue was when he had an affair with the Mexican Ambassador's wife.
But he can't turn down his sister. It would mean her life...so he agrees to take the briefcase into Mexico..and suddenly the FBI, the CIA, the Federales are after him...and a deadly free-lance killer named Tony Sleep...There isn't anyone he can trust except the Mexican Ambassador's wife...and now he finds that she's in as much danger as he is.
