Crimson series, Bk 2. Sasha Trudeau considers herself a soldier first and a werewolf second. But while her secret government-sanctioned task-force faces its greatest challenge so far, Sasha faces something much more primal: the undeniable pull of the moon and her own desires. Action packed, tense, sexy.

The second in the series, this book was better than the first one. It will grab your attention from the start and hold it to the end. Very good reading and story line. I will defiantly read the third in the series. Highly recommend this series. You just have to make it through the first few chapters of the first book. Then it will get your attention and you will have to keep reading. I hope the third book is just as great as this one.

First let me say I am not a fan of her vamp series so when I read the 1st in her new series I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed her werewolf series. I can't say the same about this one, I couldn't get past the first few chapters. What a disappointment. THe story just didn't grab me so I'm going to take a pass on this series.

I know that many others have enjoyed this series, and my lack of appeal are more of a personal nature rather than poor writing. I didn't care for the extensive variety of other supernatural beings in the series.
I felt that it was lacking, but couldn't put my finger on an exact reason why. Writing is good, character development is good, pace is good, overall it is a good book.
But it just didn't click with me. Part is that I prefer a series that has a different couple in each book, yet be part of a series. This series has the same couple.
For those who enjoy reading about the same couple, who like the complex interactions of other beings, they will enjoy this book. For me, it was an okay read but not worth keeping.

Gutsy woman for the leading character. Well written second in the set.
Well, I didn't enjoy this one like book #1. Sasha was so angry in this one. A lot of dynamics going on between the different clans/groups/species makes it hard to keep track of. I like the concept, but it feel flat for me in this book. Not sure if I will tackle the others in this series....
