Awesome book! Especailly if you live alone or are the only one in the house trying to drop some extra weight......most of the recipes are for one or two servings, which works out great! Everything is really easy to prepare and made with stuff you can easily find at the store.

I would hardly call these recipies. If you can't figure out how to add cinnamon or apples to your oatmeal on your own, you're in trouble. Bananas, with yogurt and granola is not a recipe in my mind.
