What I thought the book was about - Old grumpy man meets trouble making young girl and they go out and create some commotions all the while having fun and learning to love each other.
What the book was actually about - Old recovered alcoholic meets young newly acquired alcoholic. The older one feels the need to help the younger one.
Although I really would've liked my first scenario, this one ended up working for me. I wasn't sure at first and kept grumbling that this was not what I was looking for but I stayed with it and was happy that I did. The characters were superb and found myself wanting to hang out with everyone.
Definitely recommended. Just don't let the cover picture fool you.
