This book is a comic take on the REAL fairy tales of the Grimm Brothers. THIS IS NOT FOR CHILDREN. Older teens and adults will find it enjoyable if they don't find morbid humor and irony distasteful. I personally loved the book. As the cover suggests, the violence in the book is profuse. This IS a comic book filled with shorts, however, so be forewarned if you dislike comics. I found the book to be wickedly funny and true to the REAL Grimm tales. I would highly recommend this book to any horror comic fans.
