One of the best negotiation/conflict management texts. I would recommend it for classes or anyone who deals with conflict regularly (everyone!).

Very interesting, well written and concise book about international conflict. It is both practical and theoretical, and is completely accessible to people who don't know a lot about international relations. I read this before I went to grad school for IR, and it was a good book to read before getting into the heavy academic stuff.
