I love this cookbook! Nearly every recipe is great! Favorites in my home are "Easy Chicken Pot Pie", "Roast Beef and Swiss Sandwich Bake", "Impossibly Easy Barbecue Chicken Pie" and the "Cowboy Casserole". The "Fudgy Frosted Brownie Cookies" are easy and amazing- better than any bakery brownie! I did not know you could cook so many wonderful things with Bisquick!
