I've tried to use this book but none of the recipes worked in my bread machine.

I enjoyed this book. I have copied my favorites and placed in a family cookbook I am making. This is a nice hard cover, spiral side bound book. Has recipes for both 1 pound and 1 1/2 pound loaves for each recipe. Every recipe is very easy to put together. A couple of my favorites that my family loved were Italian Sweet Bread (Pandolce) and Creamy Caramel Rolls and the Buttermilk Whole Wheat Bread. All the recipes I tried from this bread book came out perfect each time, & I made several of them more than once.

I got this as I really enjoyed baking bread and wanted a little more variety than was offered in the instruction manual for the bread machine...and it is. Besides the classic breads, there are recipes for sourdough,whole grain breads, herb breads (great for croutons), vegetable breads, fruit and nut breads, dessert breads, rolls and shaped breads, and international breads.
