This is a great cookbook. I have a more recent edition and the recipes are pretty much the same (just updated pictures). Almost all the recipes I've ever made using this book have come out awesomely and I'm no gourmet chef. Easy to use, binder style so stays open when cooking, and lots of tips and conversion charts. Recommended!
