Each receipe has a beautiful photograph. It is easy to read and understand and interpret. Received many wonderful complements on my cooking when I used this book.

I have made many of the recipes from this book and they were great. You don't feel like your dieting or even need to be to enjoy these recipes. The additional information proves to be helpful also. I copied many recipes that looked to be to my liking and would now like to share with someone else so they can share with others.
