I just found this book yesterday at my s-i-l's (a non-reader, but someone gave it to her at least two yrs ago and she forgot about it). It's not a genre I generally gravitate to, but I was desperate for a read to kill time. I finished it late last night! I appreciated the plot twists, but even more, I appreciated the gentle peek into Amish culture/life. This is the first book I've read on the subject. While I do not plan to go back and read Book 1 of the series, I AM interested to see what happens in Book 3! ;~)
