This group of recipes did not turn me on at all. First, I don't use corn in any recipe because it is genetically modified (all corn in the US is now modified), and I don't feed that to my family.
On the other hand, there are several recipes that vegetarians might like. For example, there were tacos with mushrooms, tofu, and mango peanut tempeh. However, I cannot imagine putting mashed potatoes in a taco (# 28: Polish Pierogi Mini Taco).
There was no nutritional information. Generally, there were serving sizes and cooking times listed. There were color photos, but they might not match the recipe.
Maybe I'm not adventuresome in my cooking, but Nutella, potato, or pumpkin pie tacos did not interest me. Granted, there are fifty recipes included in this ebook. However, I didn't see anything new (that I don't already make) to entice me to use this book.
