Lots of great ideas with stuff you generally have in your kitchen. However, I have found the recipes generally need a touch more yeast than called for.

Note that many bread machines only go to 1.5 pounds, so check yours out before ordering this book. If your machine doesn't give poundage, then compare the number of cups of flour they require.
I also agree with the other reviewers about the yeast. Most of the recipes call for 1 to 1.25 teaspoons, I'd use a whole package.
