This is a great book. My only problem was the author's introduction. I almost didn't read this book because the introduction is so long. I'm sure glad that I kept reading! It's based on the life of Belle Cora. From the start of Book One the story takes right off. It's very detailed, but the details are needed to get to what happens next. I gave up three nights sleep to finish it. I just had to see what happens next.
