This is a duplicate of a book that I have not read yet, but I have loved everything i have read by this author, I call her books serious chick lit because they always contain some serious element that often makes one teary eyed, but follows it up with something hilariously funny.

This is not my favorite Maxted novel but I dutifully read it to the end. Somehow the plot and writing style never really captured my interest. It may have been my state-of-mind----I think I was looking for a little more comic relief.
I really like Anna Maxted, but this one's main topic is date rape, which other readers might want to know before digging in expecting something less depressing!
Not the best Anna Maxted, but it was entertaining.
not so much my taste! maybe I will pick up agian one day!
