Peter David must be an uber fan, because he nails the characters perfectly....really speaking in the established character's voice. Beautifully done. I loved this book. And for the comic book fans out there, Peter sticks in some amusing "easter eggs" for us, but you'll need a sharp eye to spot them.

Book 2 in the Borg Wars series. Another very good read. Shows the evolution of the Borg and how the Federation overcomes one of its greatest threats to its existence.

when the enterprise manages to thwart them once again, the borg turn inward. The dark places that even the drones never realized existed are turned outward against the enemy they have never been able to defeat. What is revealed is the thing that no noe believed the borg could do.

This is the only book of the Borg War Trilogy worth reading and it was fantastic!! I was overwhelmingly impressed by this book both in writing style and story line since I have been equally un-moved by other Trek novels.

Extrememly disappointed in this book. The author seriously damaged his credibility when he trashed Voyager's crew and murdered Janeway in cold blood. Wanted to burn my copy
