Detective Kyle Sommers leads the task force to catch the Cradle Robber. A mysterious man saves local childern from danger-then vanished. Driven by the death of his own daughter this man has returned from the future to save a generation of children- icluding his own. Diabolically the Cradle Robber has laid a trap for both Sommors and the time traveler...when it might it destroy every adult and child it the city.
