This Beautiful Life deals with an issue near and dear to a parent's heart - what happens when good kids make bad choices without thinking through the consequences and especially in this day of technology and things going "viral."

Unfortunately, the book did not live up to its potential. The book started of with fairly stereotypical images of big city life, New York private schools, and the people the main character viewed as the "rich." In those stereotypes, the message and story of the book were lost. Also, this issue exists at all levels of society and could have been addressed in a way that a wider audience would relate to.

This is an important story to tell. I wish I had enjoyed this telling of it.

This book was awful. Don't waste your time. There was never any real point to it. I couldn't even discern a climax. Kept waiting for something big, jaw-dropping to happen. It never did. Disappointed in this one
