This was an excellant book as Paddington goes on another one of his crazy adventures. He causes many troubles for Mr. and Mrs. Brown, but in the end he has a happy home with people who love him.

If you have not met Paddington Bear (child or adult reader) you've missed out on one of life's happy times. Paddington Bear, from deepest Peru, goes on his own way kindly, happily and constantly getting in a fix. His adoptive English family, The Browns, are glad they have him and a bit flummoxed.

Mr. & Mrs. Brown first met Paddington - a most endearing bear from Darkest Peru - on a railway platform in Londaon. A sign hanging around his neck said, "Please look after this bear. Thank you." So that is just what they did.

From the very first night wehn he attempted his frist bath and ended up nearly flooding the house, Paddington was seldom far from imminent disaster. Johanthan and Judy were delighted with this havoc and even Mr. and Mrs. Brown had to admit theat life seemed to be more filled with adventure when there was a bear in the house.
