The rating is assuming the reader is quite interested in these relics from penny bubble gum. There are a few essays, that by Jay Lynch being most excellent. He says that many peopole wrote jokes but they didn't take themselves seriously. There are copious illustrations of the wrappers and comics of early and recent offerings.
