Surprisingly a very good book. I wouldn't recommend it for young readers, more for the older Harry Potter fans. There is some strong language and perceived adult situations. I wasn't laughing out loud reading this but I found that I couldn't put it down. It's about an older Harry Potter (in the book named Barry Trotter) that refuses to grow up and is living on the coattails of his fame at Hogwash being a basic lazy, out of work, bum. His quest is to stop the "Barry Trotter" movie from being made. If it gets made then Hogwash closes down and he must actually get a job. Like I said, a surprisingly good, entertaining book.

Very disappointing. I had heard a lot of good things about this book, and was assured that as a Harry Potter fan with a sense of humor I would like it. I didn't find it funny at all, and thought that it seemed very forced, like the author didn't really have any material to work with and was stretching for things to add in. There are only so many times one can read about unwashed hordes of fans before it ceases to be funny, and the whole thing with Lon kinda missed the mark to me. I've read better Harry Potter parodies on the internet. Do not recommend.
