Not like today's stories, written by one of our foremost Christian fairy-tale writers, this book is unique, relaxing and enjoyable to read. Not a fairy tale it still holds the charm and joy of one.

A wonderful book with somewhat of a surprise ending. We read aloud as a family, and every single one of us enjoyed it, with shouts of "read another chapter" at the conclusion of our daily reading.
